I thought this was a very good podcast. It reinforsed the current office manager's role in medical practices. I wish I had my doctor's emails because I would forward this one to them.

Very interesting interview. There are alot of good points made. I think it's important that physicians listen to this interview, not just managers. It will be well worth them time.
